Talk for 35th Executive Development Programme for Middle Management Officers

7 May 2024 - The Wawasan Brunei Office (PWB), Prime Minister’s Office, delivered a talk on Wawasan Brunei 2035 to 27 government officials participating in the 35th Executive Development Programme for Middle Management Officers (EDPMMO), held in the Ittijah Room at the Public Service Institute (IPA).

EDPMMO is one of the programmes under the Civil Service Leadership Program (CSLP) led by the Public Service Department.

During the briefing, Yang Mulia Dayang Amalina binti Hj Awang Tengah, Acting Senior Special Duties Officer, explained various initiatives and the progress achieved in relation to the three goals: Goal 1: Educated, Highly Skilled, and Accomplished People; Goal 2: High Quality of Life; and Goal 3: Dynamic and Sustainable Economy. The session included group activities on futures or foresight to enhance participants’ knowledge on effective planning when facing a rapidly changing future.

The program aims to develop the knowledge and leadership skills of public service personnel at the middle management level, equipping them with the necessary skills to lead their teams in addressing future uncertainties.
