Talk for Program Jati Diri Cohort 6
4 July 2024 - To develop a visionary young generation, 65 participants from Cohort 6 of the Program Jati Diri attended a talk on Wawasan Brunei 2035 from the Wawasan Brunei Office (PWB), Prime Minister's Office (PMO) at the National Service Program (PKBN) Camp, Batu Apoi, Temburong.
In addition to providing an overview of Wawasan Brunei 2035, PWB also discussed the involvement of youth in the whole-of-nation approach, emphasising the crucial role that youth play in shaping and directing the country's development and progress towards achieving the national vision. The briefing also included various activities to encourage teamwork among the youth and to enhance productivity and awareness related to the vision.
The participants of the program are iSkills students under the Institutre of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE). The Program Jati Diri is a collaborative effort between the Manpower Planning Office (PPTM), IBTE, and the National Service Division (BKBN). The 90-day program is part of the iSkill courses in Marking and Fitting, Rigging, Scaffolding, and Industrial Skills Qualification (ISQ) in Welding under IBTE.
